As we head into the final stretch of the school year, we have so many exciting milestones and celebrations left to look forward to. Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping your children maintain steady routines at home so they can feel rested and finish the year out strong.
Field Day Fun!
It looks like we are going to get a break in the rain, so we are excited to announce that Field Day is officially on as scheduled for Friday, May 29!
To help make the day a success, we still need your help supplying snacks, drinks, baby shampoo for the water slide, and splash balls for several of our stations. Please bring any donated supplies to the front office on or before Wednesday, May 27th. Also, while most of our stations are fully staffed thanks to the BHS Lab School students, we still have a few volunteer spots left on a first-come, first-served basis!

Part-Time Custodial Opening
Our school is currently looking for a dependable individual to join our team in a part-time custodial role to help keep our campus looking its best. If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out to Liza Coffman (lcoffman@rockinghamk12.va.us) with any questions or for more information.
Medication Pick Up
With the end of the school year just around the corner, please don't forget to come by the clinic to pick up any remaining medication your child might have. Any medicine left at school after 1pm on June 3 will be discarded. If you have any questions or need to arrange a time, feel free to give us a call (896-2297) and Nurse Runion will be happy to help!

Online Registration for Returning Students
It is time to complete the Online Registration for all rising 1st through 5th graders!
A huge thank you to everyone who has already submitted their forms—your promptness helps us plan effectively for the upcoming school year. We are making great progress, but we aren't quite at the finish line yet. If you haven't had a chance to log in yet, please take a moment this week to finalize your child's enrollment. You should have received an email from RCPS with a link to begin your registration. Please give us a call at school (896.2297) with any questions.
